  Commercial Property Acquisitions Specialist

This position requires effective, business-quality interpersonal, sales, analytical, and negotiation skills. It requires the ability to establish credibility with seasoned real estate professionals – developers, tenants, and brokers. Commercial real estate experienced is required.

The positions primary responsibility is to acquire commercial properties for AEI through the development of business relationships with preferred corporate developers and tenant corporations. You will conduct national marketing and sales activities to identify, negotiate and purchase commercial properties for AEI. You will perform underwriting evaluations based upon internal acquisition criteria and make presentations to AEI’s investment committee.

This person in this position must work from AEI’s corporate headquarters in downtown St. Paul, MN. Some travel is required.

This position works closely with an AEI Regional Sales Director (wholesaler) to develop sales leads and meet sales goals. You will proactively contact and profile registered representatives to educate them on the benefits of adding real estate to their client's portflios and motivate them to meet with your Regional Sales Director. You will set and schedule face-to-face appointments for your Regional Sales Director and act as a primary contact with the registered representatives to answer questions and provide information and promotional literature regarding AEI products and services.

  Regional Vice President (Wholesaler) - Central Region

This position requires 75% travel.
