We are looking to add a motivated Internal/External Wholesaler to our fund sales group. This position supports the wholesaling of AEI’s public and private investment funds and cross-promotes the AEI 1031 Property Exchange Program. This position will partner with an External Wholesaler to build and maintain producing relationships with FINRA financial partners in an assigned territory. Prospecting is via telephone contact with the goal of profiling advisors to determine which advisors would benefit most by adding our products to their portfolio. You would then schedule a face-to-face meeting with the qualified advisor leads. As you develop in the internal role and show you possess effective skills and motivation, the opportunity exists for you to move into a Wholesaling position where you will travel and conduct individual and group sales presentations to planners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred candidates will have 3-5 years experience in financial product sales, a desire to learn advanced sales and move into a Jr. Wholesaling role.
Travel is required. AEI seeks local candidates as the position is based in St. Paul, MN.
Wholesaler - Regional
AEI is accepting resumes for external wholesalers. These positions profile and qualify advisors to build and maintain producing relationships with FINRA financial planners. This position participates in due diligence activities, implements individual and group sales presentations to planners and develops marketing strategies to increase their territories sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Five years experience in wholesaling financial products, solid presentation and time management skills. Substantial travel (50-75%) is required.
