Basic Deal Terms

  • Pricing equal to 100% of project costs (land, building and soft costs) for direct sale lease-back
  • Current cap rates: 7.5% - 9.0%
  • $2.5 Million ± $10 Million per property
  • Multi-site and forward commitments up to 24 months and $50 Million
  • 10-20 year primary lease terms, plus options to renew
